The Carpenters Arms and Barclays Radio campaign
What a stroke of luck for Matt and the team at The Carpenters Arms to have been recently chosen, from businesses across the UK to represent Barclays on the Radio.
It was part of and advertising campaign with the aim of reassuring business people across the UK that Barclays are open for lending business, even during these challenging times.
As those of you who have heard the Ad will know, Barclays lent us over £250k to extend our business 18 months ago.
To the credit Barclays, and specifically Deb Reader (Cwmbran business manager) they were a pleasure to deal with. They made it very clear from the start what would be required from us to do the deal, and then stuck to their end, also providing additional short term support and loans to cover VAT expenses.
Matt and all of the team here are extremely grateful for the opportunity that this has afforded us, and we'll continue to strive to make it a success.
Of course though it's the support of all of our friends and customers who visit us that really make us succeed, so a big Christmas thanks to everyone who supports us too!
