Yum yum yum Valentines eve menu are here again! Call us to reserve your candle lit table before they're all gone!
Please note that on our main course and special menus, all prices quoted include a choice of potatoes (triple cooked chips, saute, mash new) or rice and also plenty of seasonal vegetables. Its all there already, no need to add on more, simples!
Monk fish - Halibut - Salmon - Beer battered hake - Huge New Zealand mussels - Red Snapper - Lobster - Sword fish - Lots of different sauces to try (Think wine garlic dill parsley cream tomatoes cray fish and you're on the right course!) Loads of different fish yet to come fresh from Snowdons daily.
Here are our various menus, with lunchtime lighter meals available from 12 - 2.30, and our main and specials menus during the day 12.00 - 2.30 and in the evening 6.00 - 9.00.
That said we often cook on longer than this and we promise that if you order before these times you will be fed!
All of food is locally sourced, and during the fishing season Llandegveth trout is often on the specials. With less than 1 food mile, and caught that day, it doesn't come any fresher.
***We are hoping to soon see some Black Welsh beef reared on a farm within 2 miles of the Carps too!***
We use Willis butchers in Cwmbran for all of our meat, Rowlands fruits Cwmbran for all our veggies and and Snowdons fish market for our fresh fish.
